For the residential project Novanta Prievoz, we created a tailored interactive website that serves as a complete catalog of the development project. Visitors can explore individual floors of the building and choose an apartment through an interactive SVG map directly in their browser. The project also included the development of a comprehensive admin panel through which administrators manage data about apartments, users, and access rights. The panel allows for real-time information updates and provides tools for effective project management. This type of interactive solution is still exceptional in the Slovak market, offering flexibility that standard developer websites do not provide.

The vision was to bring a modern way of presenting development projects to the Slovak market. Instead of static PDF catalogs and tables of apartments, we aimed to create a dynamic tool that sells itself. A website where potential buyers can envision their future even before picking up the phone.
(PROBLÉM)
The interactive SVG maps had to function reliably across all devices and browsers while remaining sufficiently fast even with a large volume of apartment data. Synchronization between what visitors see on the website and what administrators change in the admin panel needed to occur instantaneously and without errors. Any discrepancy between displayed availability and actual status could cause problems for both the client and interested buyers.

In the creation process, we focused on maximum interactivity. The entire website is built on SVG maps that respond to cursor movement and instantly show which floor the user is currently viewing and what apartments are available on it. The goal was to create an experience that is both intuitive and quick. No lengthy catalogs or endless scrolling. Visitors can choose an apartment based on their preferences within a few clicks. We wanted the interaction with the website to leave an impression and set the project apart from competitors.

Potential buyers want to quickly find out what apartments are available, where exactly they are located, and what parameters they have. This website allows them to do so visually and interactively, without the need to download documents or read lengthy descriptions. On the administration side, the client needed a tool through which they could immediately update apartment availability and manage access for their team.

The biggest challenge was implementing a complex data management system for apartments through the admin panel with full customization. Each apartment has its own parameters, availability, and status, all of which needed to be editable in real-time without developer intervention. A second significant challenge was managing user accounts with multiple levels of access. Each user was only allowed to see relevant information, which required precise access rights configurations and data protection.

The entire website is designed to ensure that users get answers to their questions as quickly as possible. Where is the apartment located, what is its layout, and whether it is still available. The interactive map replaces traditional filtering and gives users control over how they browse information. Similarly, the admin interface is built on simplicity, so administrators do not have to spend time learning a complex system.
